Easiest oil to get down?

I am looking for any recommendations for a different and effective oil to drink for the liver flush.

I have tried to drink Olive oil, and Sunflower oil on more than one occasion but just cannot stomach it.

What other less heavier, easier oils to drink will work? Maybe a thinner oil than Olive oil?

Any help greatly appreciated, as I am eager to get on with this liver flushing! Tweet
