ID anybody? Ozzardi?

First I have to thank everyone here, I've scoured these forums and found so much helpful informatiom. Yal are just awesome. Now, might I ask for a tad bit more? 😬 These are from a thin blood smear, fixed in 100% methanol prior to giemsa stain. Along the outer edges of the smear at 200x

I originally thought schistosoma.. but I've taken prazi. I will do a fecal float shortly to check for schist eggs. Thanks for any ideas. Chronic muscle pain for 8+ years, fatigue. Malaise, you know, the usual.
