1 Month Water Fast
I started a new fast exactly a week ago. Weight loss is getting close to 20 lbs, and due to severe headaches during the 2nd and 3rd day, I had a glass of black tea on one day, and some matcha tea on another. Yesterday was the first full day I didn't get any liquid but water in my body, though water had been 95% of all liquids from day one.
I haven't had any
Sugar since I began, either. I know that the sugar-caffeine combo are the main causes of my headaches, but yesterday has been the most manageable day so far and I'm putting those headaches behind me!
I'll be traveling to Japan in about 3 weeks so my goal is to stay water-only until then, and then see how it goes. It's difficult to travel in Japan for a few days without having anything to eat! I will make up my mind later, because I really do feel that healing my body is something that will take a while.
How is everyone else doing?
