Here is one I found to be the most helpful, in fact the only one that seemed to help and I tried just about all on the list above, and more: Bone broth!

It is easy and cheap to make in a crock pot or you can buy some online at Amazon.

It made a big difference, overnight, with me.

Also magnetic therapy can be very helpful. Always put the north pole side down on your skin, not the south pole side.
Magnets saved me from some pricey - and maybe not help at all - surgery on my shoulder.
