Day 6! Thanks for the support!

I'm so glad I have this place to come to! Thank you wittlewabbitte for going through this too, it is true, you feel connected with those you started with! Yesterday I was hungry and had some spurts of energy, but overall felt tired. So far today is great! I have had some kidney aches, I wonder what is happening? Anyone have an explaination for that? And, last night I drank the smooth move for the first time, Boy did my stomach ache in the middle of the night! It did taste good though. So far I have lost like 8 lbs, I do plan on going off slow, like it is reccomended. I'd like to keep the weight off and keep the feeling that I have. Joy and peace to all you cleansers!
