First, water only fast should not be used for weight loss.
Second, usually lifestyle change is required, eating habits have to change in order to lose weight and keep it off.
Third, we should follow a simple mantra, "Eat to live NOT live to eat".
It would help if I know what height and weight are currently.
On short fasts it is not important to follow the protocol of breaking the fast, it is always good start low and build slow.
So here is my suggestion. Eat only plant based foods for ten days, no processed foods, no dairy, no fish, chicken or meat and then fast. Or you may just juice fast by preparing juices from fruits and vegetables, freshly squeezed, using organic only, and consuming it within 30 min of making the juice.
