​​Almost 12 yrs ago now, I started reading here.  Had family members dropping like flies with liver cancer and I had a liver that wasn't functioning ... ZERO digestion.  Doctors obviously didn't have my answers or some of those family members would still be with us and I am the only one.

 

I cannot even understand the attitude of "tell me what to do" .., or especially those that will say that, then not do it??

 

​You told me over and over "readReadREAD" and I did; I still do!  I read book one - TWICE.  I did the study guide.  I researched Hay's theories; I don't find an "expert" that disagrees, but for a few.  I haven't had anybody tell me in the last 2 hours that fruitarian diet is bad.  2 guys and 2 gals in a discussion ... we gals got better, one of the guys was trying to convince me that it's bad cause he started passing what he was trying to get rid of???  OMG, reckon they think this crap just goes poof and YOU'RE HEALED??  I saw all kinds of nasties over about a 16 month period ... ***shrug*** I just flushed 'em and wished 'em a good ridance ... silly me!

 

I'm still screaming

PURE water - internal & external

organic food, as much of it raw as possible

sunshine

gentle exercise

body cleansing

herbal support for ailing body systems

​TODAY, I add grounding to this list ... connecting with the earth drains away the positive charge in the body and corects it to negative charge (what we are suppose to have)

PURE BLOOD CURES, only that - circulation is king, oxygen is queen.

 

It truly is not so complecated.
