OK,

The first thing that happened may have been closing of the urinary channels.

It may have something to do with a urinary infection or something to do with medications that you have been taking previously in your life, even things taken years ago.

May have something to do with a lack of minerals if you have been drinking tons of water !!!

You may need sodium (unrefined Sea Salt ).



Can you give us a detail health history of yours with a list of all medications you have ever taken, all health problems, all hormones, vaccines, IUD etc.

It will help much in figuring out what is really going on.

Also, all of the symptoms you are having now.

Is your body holding water ?

Your kidneys, are they working ?

What was your diet like before the fast ?

The diarrhea you have now can be stopped with yogurt enema.

But, if your urinary tracts are not open, you have much more serious problem than just diarrhea.


You will have to find out what is going on with your urinary tracts.

If they are closed, you may need a massage or a healing or a Qi-Gong or a surgical procedure to open it.

If your kidneys are not working, that is even more serious problem, and may have something to do with minerals.

How much water have you been drinking during the fast ?

How did you prepare for the fast ?

How was your health before the fast ?
