For your spider veins try to eat or supplement anthocyanin foods like dark colored grapes or any fruit/vegetable that is brightly colored and high in both anthocyanin and polyphenol.
Long term polyphenol rich diet will help you a lot.
Maybe look into burdock and red clover or other traditional blood cleansing herb formulas.
As I'm typing it makes sense. You most likely have heavy metal cascade, high copper, impaired liver, which lead to the blood not being cleansed properly and then resultant venous and arterial stress.
