not urinating after breaking water fast

Help!! My urine has stopped coming out no matter how much water or juice I drink. I constantly feel like I have to pee, but it won't come out. I went too long on this fast and I don't know what to do at this point. The fast was broken a day ago and I have been drinking juice but nothing is coming out or working. What should I do? This is a real emergency.
