Waterfasting for weight loss - should I? Where do I start? what's a do and what's a don't?
Hey there, people of the random interwebs.
So...i'm 18 years old, soon enough 19.
About 105kg / 230lbs , i'm somewhere between 1.75-80m - Lucky me, it doesn't show on me - somewhat spreads evenly , still unappealing bumps... that's okay. Lol.
I've got a trip to see a person I'm really fond of and they're fond of me upcoming real soon - and been wanting to lose alil-lot weight , to help myself feel more confident and secure.
Tbh, I can't do diets. I'm not the one who brings money into the house and it gets to a point where the people who do the groceries just get whatever in - and I have little to no self control...sadly. I can stop myself once I start - but I can't stop myself from starting , sometimes its just that bad that im bored and somewhat hungry that i'll eat whatever.
I'm still conscious - I'd like to believe I eat healthy stuff, just at huge doses - which really doesn't help me.
Lately its been worse and I found myself eating , not so healthy stuffs...and alot of them. Nobody in the family seems to care what they eat, and I hop on the hype.
Anyways, I've been interested in starting a Water Fast...Read and saw it had good...somewhat quick results, and I am just, idk, "desperate" - don't get me wrong, I like the way I look, I think I'm fine looking with curves taht aren't really noticeable above my clothes, but I just feel bloated all the time and I feel like im getting a bit rounder and I just don't feel good with myself.
Been wondering, where to start? How to start?
Is it okay for me to take vitamin pills in the during?
Should I drink mineral water or filtered, common, tap water?
How about "fasting" - but only eating vegetables , or is that not the same effect?
Any massive no-nos I should know of?
As of last week (blood and urine tests), I'm as healthy as I can be. Nothing bad and everything's good - I'm in OK shape.
Aye, thanks for reading <3
