Possible Allergies? Releasing Pitta?

I recently started taking gota kula and Gokshura and was feeling much better. I'm recovering from excess pitta and chronic dehydration due to coffee and caffeine abuse. 3 days ago my sinuses went crazy and my nose is constantly running clear liquid. My eyes are also watery and bloodshot red. Anytime I drink anything it starts to pour. My ears are popping, I have a ton of sinus pressure, and dry gas as well. Any ideas or thoughts.
