Hello, I have my own lifestyle, especially in food. I want to be healthy and fit. My meals all contain with all kinds of food but with a specific amount. My routine consists of protein, dairy, calcium, and carbohydrate. I never eat sweets and drink less caffeine. I need drinking a lot of water to maintain my body. Also, I don’t prefer eating at the late time at night. I working on this routine for six months and now My weight is perfect and fit
