50 days is a hefty goal. You may read my posts about weight loss and fasting with water only. In short,
Water Fast is not recommended for weight loss. You will lose weight and heal your body in many, many, many ways, but you will gain all weight back after you start eating.
Please do not get me wrong. I do think you need to and should fast with water only, but most importantly you need to change how you eat, what you eat, otherwise it is just a roller coaster.
You must be eating processed foods, and heavy meats for you to be 215lbs. You will have to give that up.
Also my suggestion is to take one day at a time and fast as much as you can, don't give in to all fasting symptomatic pains, then eat raw fruits and vegetables for 1.5 X the period of fasting and then fast again.
You can also juice fast before you fast with water only. Make sure everything you eat or juice is organic.
