Need help fighting my squatters

I had a shoulder injury in february, and it really messed me up. I had one previously from another job, and that recovered pretty quickly. Problem was I just moved states and had no doctors, no ability to take time off work, and no money to deal with it myself. So i lived with it for about seven months.

Fast forward, I got physical therapy and massage. Everything is going great, all the metabolic byproducts have been released and most of the adhesions are being cleared. Seven months of splinting is hell on the body. I kept getting new knots and adhesions at a shockingly fast rate, but I have had problems with that for as long as I can remember. Not this bad, but i just assumed it was left over from the splinting.

So i got dry needling to deal with the parts that just would not loosen up otherwise. It hurt like hell, but worked perfectly. Shoulder hurt for a few days after the first session, which was bad for work, but I could do a second.

That session was much longer and more intensive. It worked beautifully, my shoulder felt wonderful two days later. Then I stretched.

I felt little crackles inside my shoulder, and then it felt like these little bubbles rose up out of the joint and pushed through the muscle. One went down towards my elbow, one moved towards my neck, and the other vanished immediately. All were gone within a few seconds. I was disturbed, but didn't panic. I talked to my physical therapist and massage therapist first. The both thought it was just some muscles releasing. I now know that it was cysts popping and releasing adult worms.

Those worms kept moving. I'd feel them every now and then, one slowly moving across my back, one lurking around the joint, and one hiding under my triceps that moved up and down the upper arm. I couldn't have that, so I did some research and found this place.

The next day I bought fresh thyme, oregano, and sage. I ate five cloves of garlic that day and at least two tablespoons of each herb. Now I could feel them all over in my left arm and shoulder in general. Only a few in my right arm and legs, though. They weren't there until that one moved across my back, apparently.

Woke up the next morning and I could feel them all over. It sucked, but I was glad to finally know what was wrong. I felt the same spasms across my body as I felt at age 13 when my lower back tortured me for four months. I even got a muscle biopsy because of that, and they found nothing. I also felt them in my eye and ears, though, which was less okay.

That night, watching shows with my friends, the ones in my testicles woke up. I have had intermittent epididymitis for three years now. Ultrasound, urine and seminal fluid samples, palpation, none of it turned up anything.

I haven't seen these things, but they are all over. They are long and thin, and some are fatter than others. There was a big one in my shoulder that moved out this morning. I don't know where it went, I last felt it moving toward my chest. These are definitely worms, I can feel the contractions and extensions and the way they squirm and writhe as they navigate and feel the effects of the herbs. I've added cloves, ginger, peppermint, and pumpkin seeds to my diet. I have also ordered Humaworm, will be ordering a zapper tomorrow, and will be buying albendazole from a local farm supply store in the morning.

What I would like to know is what species these are, since I am GOING to kill them and will probably never get a sample. Does anybody have any ideas based on this story?
