pls help me identifying blood parasites

so this is my situation. i have been sick for about a year. my Dr thinks its because of stress and anxiety, my dermatologist insist its eczema and when i mention the possibility of worms or paraasites she quickly shut me up like if my crazy. i have been suffering from adrenal fatigue, severe head aches, and skin ratches and blisters which have now formed into cyst. im starting to believe i have an infection of some type of threadworm because everyday i am pulling these yellow looking worms from my nose. they are not mucus. and just last week one of my blister/cyst was hurting alot so i popped it and man so much blood started gushing out and when i looked down in the sink i noticed that there were big droplets bloobs of blood that was not draining down and when i observed them closely they look like worms because they would stretch out very long when i would pull them with tweezers. also around my cyst it seems like the worm would form a cyst. a year ago i remember i was digging through a cyst and i was pulling on what looked like a yellowish looking worm. very diff from what is in my blood and what forms around the cyst. i have suspected this for a while but i scratced it off when i had full blood work done an everything came back normal. but after witnessing whats in my blood i cant keep that out of my mind and its driving me crazy. i just about had it with my dermatologist im thinking of going to back to my dr and demanding test done but it would help if someone can help me in identifying the worms me or point me out to the right direction. i want to have knowledge and be prepared when i present my symptoms and concerns to my dr. if all things fail with my dr than im thinking about going across the border to mexico to get treated im sure i can find easily a dr who will prescribe medicine to me.
