Oil Enema s would be the best but they are messy and you need to use 1 or 2 soapsuds enemas (very irritating) to clean out the Oil Enema . Then you need to wash out the soap suds enema with 1 or 2 salt and water enemas.
NOW YOU ARE DONE. and probably very sore from all the enemas. So what is next?
I use 1 or 2 coconut oil suppositories 1 to 2 times a day. You may want to put a pad of toilet paper and place it against your anus to help catch any oil that leaks...
