Nosebleeds During Water Fast

Hey. I'm on day 21 of a 40 day water fast. Today I have started to have nosebleeds. It has happened 3 times today and each time was random and sudden and only on one side. It just starts gushing blood but it only lasts for a few minutes. Is anyone else having a similar problem or know what could be causing this? In the past I have had a few random nosebleeds but never like this. I have also felt extreme exhaustion all day today. I don't know if that might be related or not.
