I am sorry to hear that you have Lyme. Lyme is hard to get rid of so you will have to work hard. Now it is very common to treat Lyme with Colloidal Silver and iodine, you can go on those forums and seek help from a poster named Grizz. Vitamin D3 is definitely going to help you, but if you are in the sun for 15 minutes per day that would be enough as well.

I believe in nutritional approach to fight this bugger. Also using zapper may help you with killing Lyme as well. Vegan diet will be very helpful building nutritional reserves and conitunued healing.

One part of nutrition is Vitamin C. You need loads of Vitamin C, but orally you can only take limited amount, up to 10,000mg and you will have diarrhea. But intravenous supplementation may be the best solution. Here is the best post from one of our best health guru........

For gut health eat kimchi, kombucha, yogurt and fermented veggies. Skin eruptions mean your liver is not working to its potential. So I would suggest liver flush.

I believe I would try these alternative medicines first before fasting.
