Please help at my end.flukes

This may be long or drawn out but doctors won't listen to me so it's my last shot. I'm under the impression I'm infested with either a bacteria or liver fluke? It all started getting sick in mexico. Not normal sick like I have been in the past. Extremely I'll for days. Everthing returned to normal for about 3 months. No problems. I started losing weight rapidly . close to 70 lbs in 4 months. Emergency rooms told me I had mono. I was lethargic couldn't eat had no passions or energy.I was having horrid panic attacks and thought I was going crazy. I thought my liver was shutting down due to pale loose stools and undigested foods and fats . yellow stool. Sex drive was completely dead. My normal doctor and g.I specialist put me on anti depressants and nothing helped.pain under right turn cage , no energy, My red nose , red palms loose stools and no sex drive all say liver but every doctor says I'm fine just elevated liver enzymes.after tests and sonogram and stays. If they sat my liver is ok it must be a fluke right? Tweet
