Is acute fatigue a sign of die-off while taking lactoferrin?

I have klebsiella pneumoniae overgrowth (as indicated by a stool test) which I believe and was told is responsible for my metabolism problem (obesity and constant hunger)and food allergies right now.

I started taking Lactoferrin recently and have developed a rash from it. I take it every second day because of the rash issue. I have this same rash to intolerant foods. Could this be die-off (from the lactoferrin) that people speak of and should I continue taking it? I also get extreme fatigue that hits mid afternoon and am wondering if this is an allergic symptom to the lactoferrin, die off, or otherwise.
