white tongue may be due to leaky gut

I saw a doctor on a TV show the other day who said a symptom of leaky gut was white film on tongue. So, you many want to look into that instead of candida although I'm not sure if leaky gut causes candida. And leaky gut causes allergies, eczema, and psoriasis.
