New here'1st timer & just finished Day 2 of 10 day MC!
Saturday: Started my the diet w/a laxative tea. (SmoothMove)
DAY 1 Sunday
Sunday morning I did the Salt Water Bathing. (Struggled to down 32 oz.) This took a while to work - but, eventually, it worked! Had loose BM. (Sorry!) Through out the day I had six 10
oz. glasses of the lemonade at room temperature. (Pepper burns a little - but tolerable.) Went to bed with my 8
oz. cup of laxative tea. (It doesn't seem like the tea does anything.)
All in all, not bad. No cravings, headaches, etc.,. Feel fine.
Day 2 Monday
Today I started my morning with the Salt Water & boy, it worked FAST! Didn't struggle as much with the 32
oz. But can't seem to down the last 2 oz. (Not my favorite part of the diet. Ick!)
Had six glasses of the lemonade today & felt full. Drank mint tea & just finished my laxative tea. Slight hunger pains, stomach growling, slight headace - but feeling fine.
BTW, my tongue does have a white coat to it.
Now let's see what Day 3 brings.
