Hello everyone, I am new to water fasting. Just started and finished day 2 today. I have been really intrigued, so I have been none stop reading so I have the best possible results.
Something I came across was coffee to help burn more fat (caffeine specifically).
Anyways I didn't want to end up "breaking" my fast by drinking a cup of coffee so I am asking here.
My plan is to drink 1 cup of black coffee (nothing in it) every morning once I am up, then just continue to drink water. If I shouldn't drink the coffee or you guys don't think it will help I wont.
