Only water goes through pencil tin enema speculum.

When you evacuate content of your large intestine, it goes straight out into the toilet, either while speculum is inserted or after you have taken speculum out.

Anyway, speculum is not used for evacuation of the content of the bowel.

It is a bit different with colonics machine, but even with colonics machine, only smaller particles can flow out through the tubing.
