Hey mate!

Heating the kefir will kill the bacteria, unfortunately. Not sure if the minerals and vitamins stay intact through out the process but I very much doubt it.

I replied to one of your earlier posts about nystatin and candida.

I'm 24 and have been dealing with a serious candida infection for about 2.5 years and been trying to get rid of it for about a year. I definitely understand the whole kafka thing you are talking about, it's unreal. I used to be such a bright guy and now my mind and personality is like a vegetable. However, with that being said, I will beat this thing or die trying. I get money from the gov thankfully so I don't mind if it takes me another year or two.
