TSH back to normal after taking diseccated thyroid, but low free T4. Why?

Hello, I have adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism and a huge mess with my hormones which are wreaking havoc in many aspects of my health (gum recession, cherry angiomas...).
For my hypothyroidism, I've been taking Ashwagandha, Guggul and L-Tyrosine for one month and a half and I made my TSH decrease from 9 microUI/mL to around 5 microUI/mL (my Free T4 was 0.84 ng/dL, so it was still ok). I came off L-Tyrosine and I've been taking Ashwagandha, Guggul and diseccated thyroid hormone for two months and although my TSH is still slighty high (3,32 microUI/mL) my free T4 dropped to 0,61 ng/dL, which is very low. In June I had a very stressful time, so I don't know if it has something to do with that.
I'm kind of frustrated, since I can't understand why my TSH is better but my free T4 is now worse than before.

Any thoughts?
