finally breaking down and juicer shopping. HELP!

i was looking at that one because i dont have a lot of cash to spend.
has anyone here used it or something similar to it.
i kinda want to go with the hand crank one because i HATE that juicer whiring noise. its like nails on a chalkboard to me for some reason.

anything i should look for in buying a juicer?
anything i should avoid?
