Fasting is not recommended while breastfeeding. Also during a fast no supplements should be taken either.

I am sure you know that whatever meds you are taking your child is getting it too.

I do not know your health issues, but diet is the only way to cure whatever you have. Eat raw organic plant based diet, it will not harm you, but heal your body and mind. After you stop breastfeeding your baby you can think about doing other cleanses, kidney, colon and liver cleanse.

Prepare well and then fast.
