Hello,
I am sorry for posting on your thread but I do not know how to start a new conversation. Can someone please help me? I am on day 29 of a Water Fast and I have been throwing up brown bile for 18 hours. I am scared and I do not know what to make of this. I am by myself and I do not know what to do. Please.
