Please help! I think I have a couple infections going on, what should I use?

Hello I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the best clans our protocol would be to use for a severe roundworm infection with some kind of other infection I think possibly Tapeworm because tonight after eight dinner laying on my bed my stomach was moving up and down by itself it was not me breathing or my heart beating he was in my stomach area and you can see and fill it. I have been thinking for a couple days now that I possibly have two infections going on but in very unclear on what the best medication to used to take care of both of them. Although I have only been certain I have a roundworm infection for a couple days now I suspect it is been a problem for quite some time. If anybody has any advice I would greatly appreciate it..
