The release of hcl acid triggers the hormone for the gall bladder to be released.

I suspected for a while that a clogged gall bladder will cause the stomach muscles to spasm.

Try a few Liver Flushes cant hurt

There is no egg involved in the liver flush, not sure where you got that from. Maybe I don't know enough about the liver flushes.

Get one of those radioactive Iodine gallbadder test and
an endoscopy if you haven't yet.

Peroxide is a good thing to do, but yea it's not going to solve this particular problem.

Maybe you have low thyorid or some kind of problem with it becauseI heard thyroid can make people feel spaced.

Not sure about the palpitations. MAybe its caused by minerals liek low potassium or something.
