Tooth filed for crown, now panicking and wonder if there's an alternative at this stage.

Hi there, I am extremely down after having the 1st session of a crown appointment, my tooth has been filed, I have come away crying continuously, shaky, hot sweats and in a major panic that I'm going down the wrong path. I wish so bad that I could go back and just have left my filling alone, I only agreed as had a small gap next to my tooth and large filling with sensitivity. Please help. I can't take another sleepless night! Any suggestions will be appreciated. Tweet
