hi fortune606060, thanks for the reply and sorry to hear you've been dealing with this for well over 10 years..

do you find the smell goes completely when on your diet or does it just help to minimise the smell? do you eat much else when at work or do you keep it to just those things, yeah?.. is it difficult cutting out sugar? it seems nearly everything has Sugar in it :(

sorry for all the questions, hope you dont mind because i think i might try your diet next because at least i know it cant make my smell worse haha..
