Help! *graphic* intestinal worm or mucous?

Please help. Have a tinge of blood in stool, have had occasional explosive bowel movements, and stomach cramps.

Is this an intestinal worm and if so which one? Or is this mucous. I have seen recently more of these worm like things in my stools, but I cannot be sure as I've never had these before. We have gotten a new pet which we haven't de-wormed.

Very worried, any help would be much appreciated!
