Does it ever end?

Does anybody have experience with an infestation that ends? Ive been doing 3 coffee enemas a day for 3 months and have passed thousands of parasites.. first they were small and there were at least 20 plus per enema and now they are getting longer around 8 inches and up to 5 per flush. Why weren't the long ones coming out at the start, could they be coming from higherin my intestines? Would the smaller ones have caused a blockage? Once I had one that was as big and thick as a baby snake! It had a huge head. I can't believe this is actually happening.. will it ever end?
