That is one of my favorite songs Tansey. However, the church has been pretty much whipped into political correctness these days and many of the churches have stopped singing this song, because some people felt like it sounded like a war song against people. It is meant to be about spiritual warfare, not the Inquisition of the 12th century. I personally don't see anything wrong with the words, as long as the Spirit is behind it.
