First Water Fast : 390 LBS
So, I've already started my first fast as of Saturday July 15th ( The last time I ate was around 3PM the prior day ). I sort of wanted to log my progress as time goes for people that are also in my position. Unfortunately I'm a huge stress eater and have a quick temper so I blow my top typically pretty quick which leads me to eat, A LOT. My current BMI is 37 I'm 6"9. My goal is to have one month of a clean water fast. Not all for just the loosing weight portion but to teach myself a little self discipline and have some clarity. With that being said...
Prefast:
I'm a go hard or go home type of guy I started dieting last month and go myself down to 375 LBS from 390 from just straight dieting and a lot of cardio, but I started to put a lot of strain on my bones and really became weak, so I read up on
Water Fasting and made sure I knew all the needed information before starting. About a week later I mentally prepared myself to take on a life challenge for myself. That being a 30 day water fast. Any and all recommendations and feedback would be lovely. Hopefully I posted this to the right place!
Day 1:
I weighed in at 375.6, all day I sat on my computer and switched to my PS4 and kept thinking to myself I'm bored, and my mind instantly went to GET FOOD! But I resisted and stopped myself every time, my only complication I had my first day was a minor headache which went away ( neck pain )
Day 2:
I weighed in at 365.4, absolutely BLEW my mind considering I had made sure to eat light a weak before and ate very healthy as the day went on my stomach began to rumble like storm clouds were coming in ( Might have just be the literal storm clouds ). But I pushed through and didn't have an urge to eat. As the day went on I started to get light diarrhea which led to some discomfort for obvious reasons but I've read that's normal? It's around 9:37PM now and still haven't wanted to eat. So the night went on I'm still up now because my stomach feels SUPER tense like I did 300 crunches ( it's 12:29 AM the next day ). Not sure if that's normal but...
Day 3:
