body aches and poops during 5 day bowel detox

i'm doing dr schulzes 5 day bowel detox. one capsule of formula 1 was just fine initially, but now that i'm doing formula 2, i'm not getting a full poop in the morning. i'm doing a poop midday, but not a really big one. i've upped it to three formula 1 at night, and three in the morning. can i take these formula 1 in the morning and throughout the day? i think i need more. my body is aching so badly, back, neck and head and its day 4. thanks Tweet
