Scared. Worm thing came out

I'm freaking out a little bit... I've been doing coffee enemas every day for a week. My skin is clearing a bit and I feel good. Today when I passed a bowel movement (wasn't using enema) there was a long string like thing that came out. Sort of looks like a worm... it's brownish red, was long and stretchy sort of. Is this from the coffee enemas? What is this, is this a parasite? Also, I'm now scared to do more enemas, I don't want to be harming my insides and that's what this thing is from. What do you all think. I'm new to coffee enemas
