It is not going to kill you, but it is a wake up call. Why do you have those things around you? What difference would it make if you eat them now or later? We are so programmed to grab whatever we have in front of us and gobble it down, blindly, thoughtlessly.
If you want to help yourself, do some cleaning in the food pantry, give away all junk and plan your meal ahead of time so that you do not eat with impulse.
Now you can squeeze some fresh juices everyday for a week, eat fruits and veggies only, salads and vegetable broth after a week, then you can eat some cooked foods. Stay away from grains, milk and meats. You will sure continue detoxing.
