Thanks for your reply archus. I haven't been diagnosed with diabetes insipidus as I have not seen a specialist yet. So as of now I do not have diabetes insipidus. Lets hope it stays that way and it's something that can be sorted out.
You can say fasting doesn't cause this condition but if I am diagnosed with it, it would be extremely coincidental that it started precisely after my water fast. Especially if it ends up being the kidney version of the condition.
If it is the Kidney version of the condition, hormone replacement does not work as your kidneys do not respond to the hormone.
I take the supplements you mentioned other than Chromium and I drink lemon water every day. I have always taken good care of my health and exercise regularly. So i'm unsure why I have these issues. Sadly the Water Fast seems to have done me more harm than good but I believe I will get back into balance somehow.
