You may want to boost up to 10 lemonades with 1 tbl of maple syrup. You're doing the liquid anywho..too much straight H2o is diluting the elixer , I think.After about day 3,for me anyway, fat starts melting. As for weight gain , a cup of water weighs a half a pound , so with your drinking almost a gallon of liquid a day(8 lbs) it's hard to tell sometimes, unless you weigh first thing in the morning.
Also, I think that in order to get the best results all the way around, you must follow the procedures to the T. If you are not flushing your system each morning you are not w/the program. I'm in the same boat as you and have to work. I prefer not to work in huggies so I
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at about 4am , go back to sleep and wake up to the 'urge'. My routine in the AM is normal other than 2-3 more pit stops before I head out for work. Flush Flush Flush...It's so important. You will have so much energy and alertness and cleaning is what it's all about , the weight lose is icing.
It is so important to stick with the program as much as you can. Especially the end.
Yet It's tough to sometimes I know...Stick to it and you will learn your body's patterns and schedules. Most people do a #2 within a 2 hour window day in and day out. Luckily I am an a.m. person.
