The Human Hotwater Bottle _ A sloshy story. PLEASE HELP!!
Hello. I am really pleading for some answers - any advice would be such a relief!
I have had a very strange problem since I moved out to the country 5 years ago from the city.
I squelch and slosh like a hot water bottle. Constantly. Its not like just cute little tummy noises, its as if one got a hot water bottle and shook it up and down. Its uncomfortable and one small drink can slosh me for days - even if i fast as soon as it comes on!
It has interfered with my running and exercise. And very personal, private moments, when my partner and I would prefer to not hear such noises... ahem... its distracting and causes discomfort.
I have tried not drinking hours before physical activity - the sloshing lasts up to 48 hours from last meal with no eating. I have tried drinking more - like to halt oedema from water retention. It hasn't so far seemed to help. Could it be dehydration? I don't think so... seems counterintuitive.
I have tried
Water Fasting and dry fasting. It goes, but as soon as I resume eating/drinking it comes back with vengeance. Even on
Water Fasts it can still be present!
I have tried digestive teas - no help
I have tried water with food or no food and food without water. I have tried no salt.
The squelching and sloshing is accompanied by feeling of fullness and discomfort sometimes nausea and on a few occasions loose BM's. It causes some noticeable bloating. I am slim. Sometimes I don't know I have it yet... but then I go to be intimate or run... and its helll and uncomfortable.
The sloshing of water feels like its isn't low, but higher up, always above the navel up to just under my ribs.
Im healthy, good diet. Ive had liver and kidney ultrasounds, my heart is good.
Dr Google isn't giving me much.. It sound to me like ascites ( abnormal accumulation fluid in the abdominal (peritoneal) cavity) but I don't think I have any of the causes.
PLEASE Someone help me and free me from this sentence of being a human hot water bottle. Its dreadful.
Thank you for all your help and advice.
