Thousands of possible worms came out of me the day after reeces pinworm been sick for years now... please lord help identify i will be forever greatful

I have gone through hell trying to figure out what is wrong with my abdomen and im thinking i was right in the first place over 2 years ago but have been convinced otherwise by doctors.

I need you help everyone please!

After on going issues I saw something that looked like worms in my poo

I went out and bought reeces pinworm and drank double the recommended amount due to prev attempts not working. I then saw this, does anyone else clearly see cluster of worms here?

Finally today the next day I feel sooooo much better hardly any pain and THEN THIS CAME OUT!!!

LOOKS LIKE MANY THOUSANDS OF SMALL WORMS!!! wtf is happend to me :*(
