Round3 h2o2 therapy


Day 1 right eye- my whites are pretty good, and blueish area by my nose is not too bad.
This is despite not sleeping until 3 am. But I look tired, and my cubicle fold is prominent.

Day 1 left eye - Overall, I didn't realize how less blue my eyes have been. This heavy detox has been a great start point because my eyes aren't very blue right now. If I started when they were really blue, this would be much less interesting haha

Day 1- The weather turned from warm to super cold during the night. These air pressure changes keep me from sleeping. But I feel surprising good. My brain is clear despite the lack of sleep. I have oodles of creative energy.

h2o2 therapy: Normally, you start with 3 drops 3 times a day. That's 9 drops. But these last 6 weeks with this heavy detox, I've taken a full 25 drop dose every morning. I will add one more 3 drop dose in the evening. (28 drops total)

I will keep this dosage until I get past the normal programs gradual increase to 9 drops 3 times a day which is day 7.

I only ate 2 fruit meals, coco and honey, a few salt and vinegar chips which my stomach love for some reason....

ROUND 3: H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) Therapy-----> I've gone through many massive changes during my detox. Many of them just happened naturally without my consciously realizing it.

The first major one was when I was no longer hypoglycemic. I used to need to eat every 2.5 hours.
Then, one day, I just woke up feeling great, and forgot to eat. By the time 1 pm came, I realized that my body just didn't want food that day. And I did a 24 hour fast.

The next day, I felt fantastic, looked fantastic, and when I ate my breakfast, my digestion was amazing!
My stomach acid was much stronger, and I got more nutrition out of my food. I ended up eating less, and at the same time, more nutritionally packed foods. It was the first time I ever felt fully satisfied, like I wasn't craving something.

And suddenly, my body started dictating that it wanted to fast, and it would be easy-peasy.

Many smaller things happened, but this past year- year 3 of my detox- has been a doozy! Detox has been crazy! I've had more detox symptom days than awesome days.

To slow down detox, I use potatoes or yams. But when it's really heavy symptoms, I need something really heavy on the body - like pizza! This sounds crazy, but I use pizza every 2-3 weeks to completely shut down detox. And the next day, I feel fantastic!

How can that be? Everything I normally eat makes my body detox. Absolutely everything. So my body is constantly dumping toxins into my bloodstream. When everything in my life is just right- my PH, my sunshine, exercise, sleep- I keep up with these toxins, and get them safely out of my system.

But my average maximum that I seem to tolerate is at 2 to 3 weeks. So I have pizza or perogies, and boom! My body stops dumping new toxins, and over night, my liver catches up with all it's work. I wake up with wonderful energy, because none is being used on detox.

But I have major chemicals being released right now.

And in summer, everything in my lifestyle, comes easily. But winter is a different story.

Food quality goes down, vitamin D goes down, massively cold air prevents me from going outside, and life in general is less fun. But the absolute worst part is our weather changes. Air pressure changes in winter give many people migraines. I don't get them, but I stop sleeping.

When I stop sleeping, everything goes to pot. I get up later, I eat breakfast later, I crave starch, and I can't fall asleep at 10 pm.

And I really think that the air pressure changes affect my pineal gland from producing melatonin.

1. So I was thinking back to when I felt my clearest thoughts, and most brain power, and it was during both of my h2o2 programs. I'm going to do a modified program to see if I can get my pineal gland completely unaffected by these weather changes.

2. The other massive change I went through is this 'weird stomach flu' since the middle of December. It feels like the flu, but I'm pretty sure it's heavy detox. My stomach is shaky, and only wants high water foods, like apples, blueberries, jackfruit, mango, durian, celery, cucumbers, seaweed, kelp noodles and miso.

Some days, I've had coconut and banana, and my nuts, seeds and prunes.

Because my stomach was dictating these few foods, I was done eating by noon. I just didn't want anything else after that.

But what I found fascinating is this has been for 6 weeks now, and I am still fully satisfied. I believe that because I've had such a long fast, from noon, til 6 or 7 am, I am truly hungry the next day. I love my breakfast and my stomach acid is very strong. I am just getting so much more out of my food.

I've tried to keep up with many of the other raw foodies out there. Some begin their journey with 6 or more meals a day, and stay like that for years.

Others, just naturally, without even thinking about it, move down to 2 meals and sometimes even one. And I guess this happened to me too. I don't know if it is permanent, I'm just listening to my body.

I know this isn't a real flu, for a few reasons. My stomach is shaky, but not like there's some bad bacteria or a virus. It's like I think of a food, let's say kale juice, and it just says "Blah..."

When I look at food late in the evening, it just says Blah...It's telling me what it wants.

I don't feel sick. I don't feel great, but I still have been walking and doing my normal routine.

I look great! Last year, I really had the stomach flu, and I looked old and grey. It took me a couple weeks to look young again.

Also, there was a trigger. The day before this 'flu', detox was really bad, so I had perogies and sour cream.
I immediately started getting phlegm in my throat and a runny nose. The next day, my sinuses just poured all day. After that I had this stomach feeling for 2.5 weeks.

I was better for a week. Then I spent a 3 day weekend in a place with full WIFI blasting 24 hours.
(5 bar plus what's coming in from the neighbors.)

I felt great for the first few hours, and had all my food til noon. By 2 pm, I had this really weird pressure headache. By evening, I felt the worst detox symptoms ever! My bones and joints, muscles, and even my skin hurt.

Sounds like the 24 hour flu right? I took a 10 drop dose of h2o2, and slept in my EMF cocoon. In the morning, I had no more pain, but still the weird headache. I just relaxed on the couch, grounded, but not cocooned obviously...I would look like a mummy around people haha

And I literally went to the washroom all day, and at least once during the night.

I ate only 2 fruit meals, and my seaweed, kelp noodles and miso til noon. That's hardly any food for 3 days.

By the time I got back home, to my less EMF stressed home, I looked amazing! My whites were massively white, and my skin gorgeous.

So all I'm saying is the flu and detox feel exactly the same but the end result is very different.

If your eyes aren't glazed over all ready....

3. I want a modified h2o2 program to track my eyes, and the blue-ish circles around my eyes.
So many times during detox, my whites would get grey/yellow, or super white, my blues would suddenly turn really blue, or I would have really blue circles in the corner, or the next day, they would disappear.

I thought it would be a great way to track these things along with my 45 day program.

Do our eyes really change daily? We'll see....

4. It's only humans that eat when their body doesn't want food. Animals just plain stop eating when they don't feel well, and spend all their time resting. 80% of our energy goes to digestion. When our body wants to use that energy on repair, instead of digestion, we should let it.

5. My body is very different in composition this time round. I'm finishing my second bottle of tissue salts.
I have far fewer visible signs of deficiencies showing on my face.

I also drink much less distilled water. I used to go through 1.5L a day. Now I only crave 1L. (Obviously after I eat pizza, every 2-3 weeks, I will drink much more!)

I want newly interested people to have a baseline of where their detox levels should be, BEFORE doing h2o2.

My first round, I detoxed for a full year. I already looked and felt amazing.

H2O2 dumps garbage from your cells into your bloodstream.

If your lifestyle still has more positive charges (cooked foods, radiation from WIFI, Cell Phone s, tap water, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, stale indoor air ect) than negative charges (raw plants, distilled water, earthing, high negative ion air), those toxins will circulate in your system.

They will make you feel like you have the flu, and just get RESTORED back into the fat they started in
(but maybe in a different place haha)

So what's the point of even doing it if your body isn't ready?

6. And most importantly, I want to test out the browning theory, or maillard reaction.

Dr. Robert Lustig explains that this browning reaction makes the cell release hydrogen peroxide. This does damage unless it's quenched by an anti-oxidant.

Many raw foodies wouldn't touch h2o2 with a 10 foot pole. They feel like it ages you.

When I did h2o2 my first round, I felt amazing, but there were a few times when I looked older.
However, whenever my detox symptoms overwhelm me, I always look older anyways.

With h2o2, I looked older. Then a week or so later, I looked MUCH younger than I did before the program. So it's something I would like to look into farther.

My overall feelings are that I seem to have less natural h2o2 in my diet, because my food is spending a week on a truck to get here. H2o2 just gives me the most wonderful clear thoughts, energy AND I look younger.
I just can't imagine that it is harming me if I feel so good, and look so good!

This h2o2 may be a problem especially if there aren't enough anti-oxidants. So that may be the key. Everything I eat is jam packed with anti-oxidants (negative charges).
I actually don't eat anything (except potatoes or pizza to stop detox) that isn't all negative charges.

Hopefully this experiment will give newbies to h2o2 proof that you have to change your lifestyle first.

If day 5 you look horrible, and feel horrible, but I look fantastic, there's a big difference in what the h2o2 is doing to you, compared to what it's doing to me.

Step back and re-evaluate :)

Also continue to learn how to get your accumulated positive charges out, lessen your bombardment from them, and INCREASE your negative ones.

Day 2 of 45

Day 2 Right- My deep cubicle folds are: the indent from the inside corner and down into the cheek. There is swelling below my eyes. These both get worse when I don't sleep because my kidneys and liver don't get a proper work-rest cycle

Also, I have almost no veins on the inside corner of my eye, and a very slight one on the left side. My left eye, which has major veins. There's a branch of iridology that says that each vein in our eye shows stress on other organs and other parts of of circulators system.


I see my eyes change in color regularly. The better I feel, the bluer my eyes are. But what's even more crazy, is that blue isn't even my true color. My eyes are indigo color.

People have asked me SO many times in my life, "Are your eyes PURPLE? Yesterday they looked grey!" And I tell them, "Yesterday, I felt lousy, and today I want to hike a mountain!"

This is going to be an interesting 45 days :)

Even a better picture showing how 2 nights not sleeping makes me look old! Ok look at that inner vein! I'm hoping by the end of this heavy part of my detox, I will have NO veins, Like a 3 years old :)

So this is a bad comparison for color, because of really bad lighting differences.

Day 2- Last night, I didn't sleep until I took half a melatonin at 4 am. But it wasn't the pressure changes in the weather. I forgot to turn my cellphone off!

People just aren't aware how bad this microwave radiation is for you, and how it messes with our hormones. It prevented my pineal gland from making melatonin to sleep.

And it's not like it was by my head as an alarm clock. It is about 40 feet away!

I felt pretty rough after 2 nights like this. But the most shocking change is: I lost 5 lbs in 3 days or less!
The last time I weighted myself was 3 days ago. Somewhere in that time, I dropped that much weight.

If I was at the bottom end of my BMI, that would be a problem, but I'm somewhere in the middle right now.
I have plenty of pizza and perogies stored away on me still haha. :)

My colon is squeeky clean! I didn't lose 5 lbs of old poop haha

But my stomach hasn't been super flat like usual, so there was some bloating in there. And I suspect that I had extra lymph sitting around (I can see it around my neck and below my chin) as a buffer.
I'm dealing with extra strong toxins (I think it's still the pill from my mid 20's) and in LARGE amounts.

All I know is my body is just telling me that it is in super cleansing mode :)

Day 3 Right eye- how quickly accumulated lymph can move out of the face.
I look so much younger without the swelling and cubicle fold.

The veins on the inside of my eyes look much better here.

I feel fantastic today! Because my sleep has been up and down, I took 1/2 melanin last night. I woke up feeling so refreshed, (I look young and cute), energetic (went for a long walk plus my tramp), and creative
(I keep getting new ideas how to get my message out there).

Lost another 1 lbs in 24 hours. I know, so many people out there would love to lose a pound a day.
It's actually very easy, AFTER you get over the man made sugar-fat-salt ratio addiction.

Every processed food, restaurant food, boxed, canned, bottled foods have this ratio.

Ice cream obviously is Sugar and fat, but most people don't know that milk is full of sodium.

Pizza is loaded with fat and salt, but also sugar. Almost every salad dressing and sauce you would put on meat has this perfect ratio.

And it might not even be a true addiction, one that causes withdrawal symptoms. But it's mentally addictive because these ratio foods don't allow a person the same pleasure when they eat a whole food.

Let's take celery. Young Celery is so delicious, but most people can't taste anything.

The opposite is also true for someone like me who only eats raw plants. When I've had my perogies and sour cream to stop overwhelming detox, I can taste massive amounts of salt in the sour cream.
I couldn't do that before. I would just taste creamy fat.

And a chocolate bar I used to LOVE was Skor. Now, it seems like it's choking me because it's so sweet.

And just think of whole foods in nature.

Celery is salty and sweet, but has no fat. Seaweed is salty, but no fat or sugar. Durian is sweet and fat but no salt. Nuts and avocado are fat but no Sugar or salt.

In my 4 years of detox, I have never made a raw food recipe. It's because most of these recipes are introducing people from a regular diet, to raw plants. So they use this sugar-fat-salt ratio as well.

I've always felt better eating mono-meals that fill my stomach, like 2 apples, 3 celery, a whole english cucumber ect.

The most complicated thing I eat is nuts, seeds and prunes together. It is sweet and fat, but no salt.

This combination of super easy to digest food, and eating from 6am to noon gives my body so much energy to detox because I spend little on digestion. That's why any extra toxins in fat cells get dumped so quickly.

Day 4 of 45

Day 4 Right- I didn't sleep last night, so I feel pretty rough. I spent more time resting today.
There is more blue showing in my eyes.

Day 5 of 45

Day 5 Right- I feel fantastic today! I slept well, and spent most of the day active! I woke up at 5am, went for an extra long walk, did gymnastics and spent time on my trampoline. The rest of the time, I did chores around the house. It was only to blog this, that I actually sat still!
Weight loss: All raw plant minerals and anti-oxidants are negatively charged.
We need all the minerals in the ground.

Let's say you are low in copper (shown by grey or white hair. By the way, I'm 40 with no grey hair. Do you know anyone that age without a few greys, especially if they went through a massive illness like I did?)

You eat 2000 calories a day, but NONE of it has copper, so you are still hungry. You try to cut your calories, and be hungry to lose weight. But your body is crying for copper.

As soon as you start eating again, you'll eat even more, because you NEED copper, but you never find it.

Or, you supplement with plant minerals, and get plenty of copper. Suddenly, you aren't as hungry any more. You start eating less, your stomach shrinks (mine used to be 1.5 liters, now it's 500ml), and your calories go down and down. Then one day, you can easily fast, or eat only from 6am til 12pm like I do. And I'm NEVER hungry!

Plus, you'll lose your wrinkles, which is another sign of copper deficiency- poor collagen production.

My curves stay the same through detox, except I'm even more of an hourglass because my waist keeps shrinking.

I've never dieted. But let's say my measurements started at 41-38-41. I cut my calories, and lose off my chest (as most women will tell you goes first.)

So I end up 36-36(maybe if I wasn't bloated)-41.

Or, you can detox like I am, increase your charges and keep losing visceral fat. It then becomes easy to be 41-31-41, then 41-30-41, then 41-28-41 ect.

AND you would never have to be hungry or spend any time in a gym :)

Day 5 Left- The first time I came across iridology, I was 20, that's 20 years ago!
I thought it was kooky, until the iridologist told me a whole bunch of things that were true about my health- weak stomach (I always had tummy issues), stagnant lymph (I would get swollen around my neck during a cold), one weak ovary (every 2nd period would hurt), poor circulation (I always had cold hands and feet).

But what she told me about her hubby was even more fascinating. When they married at 20, he had gorgeous dark blue eyes. Then he became a spray painter of cars. Over the years, his eyes became dark brown.

When she became an iridologist, they made massive lifestyle changes. Eventually, his eyes became blue again.

This didn't make sense to me until I started taking pictures of my eyes, and saw these brown spots around my iris. If I allowed myself to continue collecting toxins, I would get more and more brown in my eyes, like he did!

Even if there were no other benefits to detox (like weight loss, amazing skin, super energy, anti-aging),
aren't you interested to at least find out what your gorgeous eyes actually look like, under all of that goop?

It took me 4 years to get to this level of un-gooped, and I look forward to every year that goes by!


Day 6 of 45

Day 6 Right - No change in my eyes without proper sleep, but I lost 2 more pounds in 24 hours.
Since summer, I've felt extra lymph around my upper arms. Today, my arms feel much thinner, like they should be. Detox weight is a fraction fat loss, and a large part stagnant lymph.

Day 6 Left- One of the major reasons I'm detoxing so fast is because my colon is empty when I sleep. During my detox, I've had plenty of times where I stunk up the washroom with smells of plastic, moldy mushrooms, skunk and other nasty stinkiness.

Imagine how many toxins I would be reabsorbing during the night with that still in me til morning.
Like Shrek says, "Better out than in!" haha

Day 7 of 45

Day 7 Right eye- I didn't sleep again, that's 2 nights in a row. But surprisingly, I lost 2 more pounds in 24 hours.
That's a total of 11 lbs in 7 days.

I definitely feel leaner, less puffy in places. Part of the reason detox is happening so quickly is my immunity is boosted with the h2o2. When the body feels it's absolute strongest, of course it's going to purge anything that doesn't belong in it- inorganic minerals, parasites, mold, yeast (also anaerobic) ect.

The first book I ever read about h2o2 was 'One Minute Cure'. It convinced me to try. Since then, I've read many books about it, but my strongest evidence of how amazing it is, has been my own personal experience.

Day 7 Left eye- I have grey eyes, and sometimes blue eyes.
It just proves, you never know what you REALLY are supposed to look like, until you detox!

And this is just eye color. I've been hoping my hair color will go back to my buttery blonde as a child. Why not? Stranger things have happened!

Day 14 of 45

Day 14 Right Eye - I've been sleeping well, but the last couple of days, I felt like I had the 'flu'. It was actually herxheimer symptoms. These include increased fatigue, joint pain, muscle cramps, night sweats, headache, and swollen glands.

Also I had the chills, heavy perspiration, metallic taste in my mouth, nausea, bloating, and sore throat. As the body detoxs, harmful substances that were previously stored, get dumped into the blood stream. Then they get filtered into the lymphatic system or liver, then to the colon.

I learned something interesting during this last 24 hours of detox. I always thought that I felt rough until the toxins were passed out of the body. But I looked horrible this morning and afternoon, and felt it. Then suddenly around supper, I felt amazing!
Then, within the hour, I went to the washroom, and stunk it up with a plasticy smell.

I felt amazing after all those toxin got to my colon. I guess they don't necessarily need to be completely out of you! Of course, if I slept with them in my colon, I would have re-absorbed them and felt horrible again. I love learning about how the body works!

Day 14 Left Eye

My Eyes at 16- I Still have Lots of Junk to Get Out!

I was cleaning through some old pictures, when I noticed this picture of my eyes at 16.
What a the startling contrast to my eyes now.

It's important to note that by age 16, I had already been on tetracyclene for 3 years and one round of accutane.
I'm surprised to see my eyes were this blue, with so many years of poison. Plus, I have a memory of someone asking me if my eyes were grey, at 18. Hmmm...

Well, I guess when I get to that level of blue again, I will be getting into my childhood toxins :)
