Agree with Incharge. Listen to your body, you have come to a point where fasting is the solution to your problems.
I think also magnesium deficiency creates a lot of issues in our body. You can take ionic magnesium before you start a fast, nothing but filtered water during a fast.
I would start eating plant based raw organic foods only till you are ready to fast. You need micronutrients.
