Re: Ceramic vs Carbon Fibre saunas

This "schwitz" stuff is all so high tech.
The low tech approach I dowsed back when I watched the Czechoslovakian in a sweat tent episode of Roswell.. and since repeating doesn't tax my light saber here it is again:

- both Finnish and sweat tents are completely NON insulated
- the key for both is to create as many negative ions through burning natural fuel as possible
- now I remember from my early years that all saunas had rocks in them and knowing that sweat tents are essentially used to heat carefully selected rocks to a point where they also emit negative ions I would say that's a key point
- the additional burning of herbs is also essential, in Europe Real Vervaine grows everywhere and in North America Blue Vervaine so I would bet dried particles of that found themselves into the fire.. more often if Czechoslovakians where in the tent..

In that episode the Czechoslovakian didn't pass the "schwitz" test, which I assume was the whole point of doing it..
