Just Starting Coffee Enemas: Too Much of a Good Thing? Anxiety, Nausea, Irritability, Erratic Heart Rate

Monday I started a nutritional balancing protocol to address my anxiety and Depression issues with near-infared lamp, 80% Vegetables and coffee enemas, 2 tbs per 2 cups. Monday I did 2 20 minute enemas and 1 1 hour one, Tuesday I did 2 15 minutes and 1 2 hour one, passed a bunch of yellow liver stones and felt very nervous afterwards. Wednesday I felt extremely fatigued, suffering from severe nervousness and some nausea. Did only one 2-hr enema at night and it was absorbed. Today I feel extreme nausea, heart palpitations, anxiety, lack of focus and irritability and decided not to do any therapeutic treatment. I also had a potato, as I read too low carb diets can cause excess adreneline and cortisol. My adrenals are sensitive enough to begin with.

I feel like cap and am fairly discouraged because I know my organs are sluggish due to alcohol abuse and I am very eager to cleanse my body and get on the road to recovery.

Did I do too much too soon? How soon after stopping the protocol will the symptoms abate? I plan to take a few days off but really want to ease back in with a more balanced approach. Any insights or advice from more seasoned detoxers very welcomed.
