Help Identify Possible Parasite

Hello, this is my first post (so be gentle!).

I have been suffering with stomach issues for the best part of 3 years now.

I will go through my 'journey' in more detail in another post.

But for the time being I would just like a bit of confirmation that the images below are parasites.

I have started paying attention to my poo in the last few weeks and I can usually explain what I find.

However these little things to me look like worms/parasites. The sizes range from 1cm to 3-4 mm long. Some have a fork like end to them.

They are very noticable in poo and are there no matter what I eat.

Any ideas?
